The domain name record for this address shows that the name was registered in 2017 and is due to be renewed very soon. This is surprising, as they claim to have been in business for 11 years.
We can also see in the record that a privacy service has been used to make sure that the real owner’s details can’t be traced. Hiding from customers and a short-lived domain name are two common issues found with scam online pharmacies.
Business Contact Details
They state on their site that they are “responsible corporate citizens”, yet despite this, they fail to provide a business name and address. We have no way of knowing who operates this pharmacy or where they are really based.
Trusted Tablets Logo
This store uses a site logo which doesn’t entirely relate to the domain name used by the pharmacy. This is not a normal thing to find on a reputable retailer’s store. The reason for this is because there is already an online pharmacy which goes by the name Trusted Tablets. This store is a direct copy, probably owned by the same people and it exists to earn them more money from their operation.

They also previously used the .com and .net versions of the TrustedTablets domain name, with the latter having been seized by law enforcement agencies. If TrustedTablets.net was seized by government agencies for selling counterfeit products, how likely is it that this related pharmacy is selling counterfeit drugs too?
Regulatory Approval
The store has a logo in the footer of the site which says “Trusted Rx Approved”, but this doesn’t link to anything and is a graphic which seems to be unique to this store template. It isn’t a valid certification and certainly doesn’t prove that they should be trusted.
They claim to be abiding with the “Drugs and Cosmetics Act of India 1940”, which unless the Indian Government of the 1940s was able to foresee the future, isn’t going to provide much safety for people worldwide nowadays.
Now admittedly, there have been amendments to this act, the last being in 1995, but despite this, the legislation is woefully inadequate. We have no evidence that they are genuinely following these rules anyway.
A more up to date assessment of the legal standing of an online pharmacy can be found by referring to LegitScript. Unfortunately, though, they have reviewed this store only to conclude that they are in violation of the applicable laws and giving them a ‘rogue’ rating.
Medications Available
This drugstore seems to be largely focused on selling men’s health treatments. The pharmacy does seem to sell brand-name drugs or at least that is what the use of brands would suggest. However, the first question on the FAQ page gives the answer that they only sell generic pills. The practice of using brands to actually sell generic drugs is very clearly deceptive and meant to mislead customers.
If this business is happy to mislead customers in this way, what else are they lying about? Perhaps, as suggested by their links to a seized pharmacy site, they are really selling fake and counterfeit medication.
The drugs are manufactured in India, a country which does have a reputation for producing large quantities of fake and counterfeit pills. They are also known for producing generic drugs, but this should be of some concern nonetheless.

When looking for TrustedAllOverTheWorld.com reviews online, we are only able to find the testimonials page on the store itself. This isn’t ideal, an independent source would be far better.
When we check these customer testimonies, we find the same comments posted to the other related mirror stores. These are fake customer reviews, designed to give you trust in the business.
Conclusion
This online pharmacy has all the indications of being a scam. They provide no evidence of being correctly regulated, don’t give a contact address and use fake customer feedback. To top it off they are related to a pharmacy which was seized by law enforcement.
