Business Profile

The US-based internet drugstore, as said above, has its domain name managed by Domain.com, LLC. This company (the domain name registrar and manager) has maintained a reputable profile for a very long time now. It has a negligible number of FDA warnings, which aren’t recent. Therefore, we are free to conclude that with reference to their business profile alone, Rx Outreach is trustworthy.

Regulatory Approvals and Certification

The role played by regulatory approvals in determining the quality of internet pharmacies is extremely great. Let’s have a look;

  • ScamAdviser gives the drugstore a 100% trust rating. It comments that the site looks safe to use, based on their eligibility criteria.
  • CIPA (Canadian International Pharmacies Association) doesn’t recognize this pharmacy as a trustworthy one. It is absent in CIPA’s database.
  • LegitScript, another trusted regulatory body, concludes that Rx Outreach meets their definition of a Legitimate online drugstore.
  • NABP acknowledges their certification of the pharmacy.

Website Response and Characteristics

Beginning from security, we established that browsing on the website is secure, though not fully. However, check out security is at its maximum.

Next, we also investigated the loading speed and it was above average.

Also, we looked at how the site answers your most common questions and noticed that the FAQ section doesn’t always load completely. They’ve got to improve in this section.

The array of prescription drugs offered for sale at Rx Outreach ensures that you’ll always get your treatment drugs at the pharmacy.

Being that the drugs need a prescription from a real doctor is one thing that makes us believe that the quality of drugs in the pharmacy is exceptionally good. Having been approved by most regulatory bodies is another reason. This is confirmed by the fact that the drugs are approved by the FDA.

Prescription Requirements

Are needed. One cannot acquire medications from the pharmacy without a prescription from the doctor. The pharmacy promises that once the prescription is sent to them, they do the rest.

The prices of drugs are attractive. The fact that these drugs are approved by the FDA means that their prices are expected to be high but since Rx Outreach is a nonprofit organization, it has been able to reduce them by quite a significant amount.

This saves the customers’ money.

Payment and Delivery Schedule

Payment and delivery schedule aren’t clear from the website. However, the site promises to deliver orders at their clients’ doorsteps, free of any charges.

You can get the payment schedule clearer from the checkout stage. The pharmacy accepts payments through major credit cards like Visa and MasterCard.

Customer Care Contacts

You can call the following numbers to get in touch with the pharmacy’s representatives.

  • 1-888-796-1294
  • 1-800-769-3880

The pharmacy declares that their customer care team is active on Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 5:30 pm.

You can also fax the following number;

  • 1-800-875-6591

They’ve also provided a physical address for those who wish to get in touch with their office.

Rxoutreach.org Reviews

A sample of the reviews, represented by just one is on the website’s display. We tried to find others in vain. We, therefore, had no other conclusion but say that the pharmacy uses a service to keep their reviews lying low. What could be the reason behind this? Maybe because some of the reviews spot their faults and they don’t want so. The pharmacy performs poorly in this section.

no reviews

We considered that with quality drugs in place, satisfactory pricing, reputable business profile, trustworthy domain age, enough regulatory approvals with hidden reviews and partial browsing security, this is an almost first-rate e-pharmacy that deserves a 4-star rating.

There are also quite many online pharmacies on the net that have proved themselves to be excellent ones. We keep an eye on them as well. They get into our reviews from time to time, and you can see them on the pages of our site.

We have placed the best online pharmacies into a separate list on the Pharmacy Ratings page. Ratings of online pharmacies that have successfully passed verification and check by our team: Link>>>

  1. Horrible service. Try calling those contact numbers and see what you get. I’ve been trying to get my prescriptions for a month. First, no one will answer the phone. 2nd it will send you to an automated call back system. When and if they call you back, as soon as you answer, the phone call ends.

2nd they will send you to a Voicemail.

Horrible. Stay away from RX Outreach

  2. I totally agree with Tracy. I have you used Rx Outreach for many years but recently in 2019 their service falls short for some reason I even called early in the morning when they open up and still the phones are not answered. I now go through Either Walmart or Giant pharmacies and their prices are either the same or a bit cheaper. I am glad I switched now, no wait times over an hour over the phone and no headaches where they call you back and the order is screwed up !.

  3. I have used Rx Outreach for over 18 months now and granted the service was a little rugged in the beginning they have gone to a good digital platform, I have always been able to reach a human when I called, and best of all, most all of my contact is done now via text or email which has made the service extremely good.
The price for my prescription is excellent. I trully believe they have upgraded their service and support to a very high level over the last 12 months.

  4. Don’t waste your valuable time with Rx Outreach!!!

Medicare referred me to them and I’ve had ZERO LUCK REACHING ANYONE WHO CAN HELP ME!!!!!

I was on hold for over an hour and also used their “keep your place in line and we will call you back” function. An utter joke as it’s now OVER 4 hours later – AND STILL NO CALL!!!!!!!!

I’m absolutely disgusted a company can be run this way. They were literally my last hope because I take a brand name antidepressant and can’t afford the $500+ price for it.

  5. I’ve been using Rx Outreach for a over year now and they definitely had poor service when I started. At the time both my husband and I weren’t working because of COVID and didn’t have insurance. Honestly, I only stayed with them because of the price and conveienence of free home delivery.

But I have to say they are like a different company now. All my phone calls are answered immediately and the workers seem a lot less stressed. One told me that they have all new leadership so that may be why. Also, I got a text to give them a google review and I did. I think that means they are actually proud of their service now.
