If you need to contact a pharmacist to find out more about your pills, one will be available 24 hours a day. They can be contacted via email, phone or through their iOS app.
Payment and Shipping
This pharmacy accepts payment through most insurance plans and you can also pay out of pocket or copays with credit cards, HSA/FSA cards or bank transfer.
Delivery is free and you will receive a new box of pills every month. If you need medication urgently when you sign up, they will rush your pills to you ahead of your normal delivery. This is required because it normally takes two weeks for your first delivery because they need to coordinate your prescriptions so that they can be packaged together.

This page also contains some comments from customers which are positive and seem genuine. There aren’t any negative comments here though, as you would expect on a pharmacy’s own pages.
We have been able to find a few testimonials on independent review sites and they are nowhere near as positive. There are complaints on the BBB page for this business and mostly negative comments on Trustpilot.
Conclusion
This store is clearly a legit business, it is part of Amazon after all. They have all the correct regulatory approvals and provide an innovative service to make taking medicine an easier experience.

It’s amazing just how bad Pill Pack is. From their pharmacy, to their customer service… I haven’t had a single good interaction with them.
Pill Pack literally doesn’t care if they get my moms medications right, and couldn’t care less if she were to die. They doubled her prescription medication, and if I hadn’t caught it, she may have died! When I told them about this, they tried to lie about it and blame me (even pulling up an chat session – which actually proved it was their fault). When I explained this proves they messed up and lied about it, they just ended our chat.
They couldn’t lie their way out of their mistake, so they just stopped talking to me.
One star is entirely too generous for Pill Pack.
