You’d better re-write these reviews. Sergey is AWOL and will not answer emails. I have been waiting for my order for over 3 months which was a $500 order. The bad reviews are starting to show. I really believe he mailed my order, but it got lost with all the Covid problems. But his website states that he will resend if lost and package is insured. He didn’t expect it to be lost, and when it was, he disappeared and will not respond to emails. He responded once to me and said he would resend, but that’s been a 1 1/2 months ago.

Thanks again for posting my review of NootropicSpot. I do have a UPDATE. After 4 1/2 months I finally received my order. No doubt Covid was a factor in the super slow shipping. I never had a doubt that the package was mailed, but feared it was lost. My biggest complaint about NootropicSpot is that they didn’t reply to my emails. I waited 3 months before every writing a negative review, and only did so after not getting a reply from NootropicSpot. I spent time trying to deal with Russian Post myself, and even threaten to never buy from Russia again. But bottom line is that I did receive my order, therefore NootropicSpot deserves a better review. I still like Sergey, just wish he had communicated better and let me know he was working to find my package through Russian Post. Maybe it is not as much in Russian Culture to communicate as in other cultures??? But my package did ARRIVE!!!
