MedsEngage.com claims to be one of the top Canadian pharmacies. A bold claim and one which our investigation proves to be at least partly false. They sell a large variety of both generic and brand medicines at what they describe as affordable prices. MedsEngage.com also assure potential customers that they are backed by world-class customer service. Whilst this may sound reassuring, our investigation, however, uncovers some surprising and misleading information about this online pharmacy and the people operating it.

Approval From Regulatory Organizations
They proudly display logos from two regulatory associations; PharmacyChecker.com and eDrugSearch. They are indeed current members of these trade bodies. This means that they are held to minimum standards, which should lead to a better quality of service to customers.
Normally, you would expect a Canadian online pharmacy to be a member of CIPA. The Canadian International Pharmacy Association is the go-to governing body for online Canadian pharmacies. The reason MedsEngage.com aren’t a member of this association is likely down to them not using a Canadian pharmacy, as we will show later.
Who Runs This Online Pharmacy?
Included on the bottom of each page is the name of the business and the address they operate from. This is great and what you would expect from a reputable business. Well, it would be great if it was actually true, but our investigation proves it isn’t.
When searching using the address details given, you find many other companies using the same address. It turns out that the Canadian address they give as their business premises is actually that of a virtual mailbox service. They have paid a one-off fee of $20 to Your Canadian Address for the use of this mailbox to make it seem like they operate from Canada.
The site owners would probably suggest that this is just a mailing address, but it does give potential customers the false impression that they are dealing with a Canadian based company. They also state multiple times throughout their site that they are a Canadian online pharmacy, which isn’t true.
When checking the business name given – Meds Engage Inc. – no records can be found in the Quebec Enterprise Register or in the Canadian Government website. Since they are supposedly located in Quebec they should have appeared in the Enterprise Register or failing that in the main Canadian database. It seems probable that this isn’t their legit business name and they haven’t registered with this business name anywhere.
MedsEngage.com actually dispenses drugs from a pharmacy in India. PharmacyChecker.com gives the details of the dispensing pharmacy and also of an address in the Isle of Man. This Isle of Man address is likely from a company formations provider and this sort of off-shore address is often associated with tax evasion or other nefarious activities. The business isn’t really located here, it is just an address of convenience.
Domain Information
The domain name has been used for less than 3 years and points to servers in the USA. The details of ownership aren’t hidden as you would normally expect from a scam pharmacy store. However, this information points to the business operating out of India and not Canada as the site would have you believe.
MedsEngage.com Reviews
The online store has a section for MedsEngage.com reviews and features eight testimonials from customers. These customers are all very complimentary and give the site 5-stars. On closer examination of these testimonials, there isn’t anything that would immediately suggest that they have been faked by the website. They don’t seem to have been copied from another site, although some of them were previously posted on the PharmacyChecker.com site in a section about Meds Engage. These reviews seem to be genuine, but of course, as it is on their own website they have only selected the very best customer testimonials.
Conclusion
The MedsEngage.com website appears to be quite professional and features membership to several trade associations which is good. They also seem to have many satisfied customers and I haven’t found many indications of people upset with the service they provide.
On the downside, they are promoting their business as being Canadian based, which we have shown is not the case. This is quite a big deal as if they are willing to misrepresent this, how else might they be willing to mislead customers? For this reason, we can only award Meds Engage 3-stars out of a possible 5.

Thank you for the comment!
Us Pharmacy has called my phone using spoofed numbers showing to be local as many as 14 times in one day. This is completely ridiculous. One even called me a sob for not listening to him . No one can harass people like this and expect them to buy their product. My phone now stays on silent and I do not answer any phone number I don’t recognize. It has caused me to miss important calls and is very aggravating. This company should be put out of business or good
