The domain name records for this address tell us that the site was registered in 2010. While a domain which has been around this long, would normally suggest that a pharmacy is more likely to be a reliable business, there seems to be a problem here.
The name Intellicell Biosciences seems a slightly odd name for an online pharmacy. It turns out that this is the website address of a former biotech company which was removed from the stock exchange in 2017 and is out of business.
