The products on this site seem really well priced, especially since they claim to be 10% cheaper than other online pharmacies. The front page is filled with brand name drugs at very low prices.
It is only when you read the small print that you realize there is a problem here. Whilst it might seem like there are good deals to be had on brand name products, in fact, they only sell generic drugs. They are falsely advertising brand-name drugs on their site, if you place an order for these drugs you will get generic pills instead.
Regulatory Approval
Regulatory associations work to protect the consumer from dubious trading practice. BestMednoRx.com has no accreditation from any association.
They use a graphic which says ‘Canadian Pharmacy’ at the top of every page. They should, therefore, have memberships to CIPA and PharmacyChecker.com. They don’t have these approvals to operate.
Business Information
It is never a bad idea to know who you are doing business with. Sadly, BestMednoRx seems determined to hide this information from customers. On their contact page there is just a form and the assertion that their support works 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Though where they are based is a mystery!
You would think that they are in Canada, given the site’s logo, but there is zero evidence for this being true.
Domain Name Information
When domain names are registered the name and address of the owner have to be given and is then available in the domain records. Whoever registered this domain has chosen to hide their information using a privacy service. The privacy service is based in the Netherlands, this could be a clue to their location.
Mirror Sites
The website is hosted on a server in Slovakia, this may indicate the country where these people are based. There are a large number of other similar sites hosted on this same server.
Some of them are identical to this site. The mirror sites EdPharmaRxx24Rx.com (Read here) and First-Medsnorxx.com (Read here) have also been reviewed by us and found wanting.
Payment
You can make purchases on this site using Mastercard and Visa. We really don’t advise you take such a risk though.
Shipping
The choices when it comes to shipping are Express Mail and registered mail. Though a far better choice is clearly to shop elsewhere. Express Mail costs $35 and will take 2 weeks, you do receive a tracking number with this method. Registered mail is $10 cheaper and the drugs will take an extra week to arrive. You also don’t get a tracking number with this cheaper option.
There is an additional cost which they hit you with at checkout. Though it is optional, if you’re spending hundreds of Dollars it will be tempting to pay the extra $7.95 for shipping insurance. Speaking of hundreds of Dollars, you can get free shipping on purchases of over $600. Not exactly the best free shipping deal we’ve ever seen, to say the least.

Testimonial pages are used by scam online pharmacies to con people into believing they are a trustworthy company. The page featuring BestMednoRx.com reviews is sadly no different. All the reviews are very clearly fake!
These reviews are actually mostly for the drugs on sale, rather than a customer’s experience with this company. There are some interesting similarities between the reviews, it appears they may have been written by the same person. Regardless of who wrote them, these fake reviews do manage to turn up on an amazing number of websites. These words can be found on over 15,000 other web pages.
Conclusion
Despite our best efforts, we have been unable to find a real business name or address for the company which runs this site. This is just the first of many issues which lead us to only give this online pharmacy 1-star out of five. Other problems include; the fake reviews which are copied on thousands of other web pages, claiming to sell brand-name drugs when in reality they only sell generic and the fact that this is a mirror of multiple other online stores.
