Information about this pharmacy’s domain name can be found online. And it tells us that they haven’t been online for long. With less than a year in business, this pharmacy is more likely to be a scam.
You would normally expect there to be some information about who has registered the domain name and where they are located. However, this pharmacy is using a service called WhoisGuard, based in Panama, to hide their information.
Business Contact Details
This pharmacy gives their address very clearly on each page of their site. This is a good thing to find and what we would normally expect from reputable businesses. They have an address in Broad Channel, Queens, New York. However, there seems to be something wrong with their address.
They do provide a number for the road they are located on if you look closely enough. When we check, there isn’t a pharmacy on the street and the address they give is is a residential home. In fact, the whole street is residential.
Unlikely Claims
This pharmacy makes and bold claims about their business, like saying they are the number one pharmacy in the United States, for example. They also claim to have been in business for either 15 or 16 years with over 2 million clients and operating with 39 staff members. Though the way the pharmacy is operated doesn’t seem to be in line with that.
If you need to get in contact with them you can use WhatsApp or the Wickr secure messaging app. These aren’t normally the options you would expect from a reputable business and it doesn’t match up with the claims they are making.
Regulatory Approvals
If this business was actually based in the United States of America it would have to be regulated through the VIPPS program. This would require them to have the regulatory seal on their site, and they do not have it.
Drugs Available
The drugs offered by this pharmacy were quite surprising even for us to discover. While they do offer a lot of drugs common to other pharmacies like:

- Blood pressure
- Sleeping pills
- Diabetic drugs
The store also sells stimulants, steroids, and opioids. These drugs include heroin, cocaine, and Adderall, though the links didn’t work for the first two items.
Quite obviously, if they are selling some of these drugs, they are doing so illegally as they are the most restricted and sanctioned drugs.
The fact that they offer these sorts of products on their website puts other things they say in a lot of doubt. It naturally means we are going to be more suspicious and doubtful of their business address, and certainly of their claims of being in business for many years.

The payment methods for this pharmacy are a little different from normal, while you can pay via PayPal and Bitcoin they also accept Amazon gift cards.
They say that they ship their products from US locations as well as having an international warehouse. Within the US, deliveries are expected to be between 3 and 10 business days. For international customers, delivery can be expected in about 4 to 15 business days.

We can’t find any USPharmaShop.com reviews which is surprising for a store that claims to be the number one pharmacy in the United States.
The lack of feedback makes ordering from this pharmacy at far greater risk. There is a page for them on Trustpilot, but it doesn’t have any customer testimonials. This may mean that the pharmacy doesn’t have many customers at all.
Conclusion
While this drugstore is doing a couple of things right, there are many things wrong. Though they provide a business contact address, we can’t be sure that it is genuine.
Since this store doesn’t have any other customer feedback, the risk of placing your trust in this pharmacy is too great. We give them just 2 stars as they are fairly likely to be a scam.
