SmartHotDeal.com is a pharmacy with some grand claims. They say that they are dedicated to providing quality drugs at the lowest prices and appear to be a Canadian pharmacy. There are many fake Canadian drugstores online, so is this another one? Unfortunately, our look at the pharmacy suggests it could be.

Domain Name Information
The domain records tell us that this store has been online for a year. This isn’t a long time for a pharmacy to have been in business and could suggest that they aren’t the most reliable. Pharmacies which haven’t been online for long are more likely to be scam stores in our experience.
There is some information in the domain name records about who owns the store. Normally, we find that less reliable stores like to hide this information through the use of a privacy service, but here we can see the domain is registered to a person in St. Petersburg, Russia.
Business Contact Details
The store gives the appearance of being a Canadian pharmacy with their logo and maple leaves on the site despite the link to Russia in the domain records. The address is in Montreal, Canada.
However, when we check this address we are unable to find the location. This could mean that the address isn’t genuine as it can’t be found or it could just be not on the map.
Regulatory Approvals
When looking to see if this pharmacy has some regulatory approvals things look good at first. There are regulatory seals for CIPA and Pharmacy Checker on their site. When clicking on these seals we should go to the regulatory association’s site to check that the approval is valid. This isn’t what happens when we click on the seals on this store, however.
Instead, we are shown an authentic looking certificate which states that “Canadian Neighbor Pharmacy” is correctly regulated. This, however, is not what we were expected and isn’t on the association’s website. This is actually a fake certificate and they aren’t found in CIPA’s database when we check.
Medications Offered
The pharmacy provides access to a fairly good range of products. They are mainly interested in selling men’s health drugs, however, and their prices are not the cheapest online.
They don’t provide any information about where the drugs are manufactured or dispensed from. This could indicate that the quality of the pills isn’t very good or that they aren’t the real thing.
There is a serious issue if you find yourself with meds which are fake or counterfeit. It could mean that the pills don’t contain the ingredients you expect and lack the results you want. The pills could even end up having a negative effect on your health with ingredients you don’t expect.
Payment and Shipping
The pharmacy’s checkout page is secure and they allow you to pay for your meds using:
- Mastercard
- JCB
- Visa
- E-check
- Bitcoin
Shipping is a through regular airmail at $15 or express courier at $25. Airmail is expected to take 10 to 21 days to arrive, whereas express courier shipping is said to take 8 to 14 days though this is only available to US customers. They offer you some free men’s health pills with your order and also try to charge you for shipping insurance, though this is optional.
They offer free shipping when you spend at least $150 for airmail and $300 for express courier. Free insurance is provided on orders over the value of $200.
SmartHotDeal.com Reviews
The pharmacy does display some testimonials on the site. These relate to the pills and aren’t SmartHotDeal.com reviews as such. They are very generic in nature and only talk about the pills and not the service provided by the pharmacy.
These don’t seem like genuine customer comments and are likely to have been taken from somewhere else to make the store appear more reliable than they really are.
Conclusion
This pharmacy clearly has some problems which means we give them 2 stars. They are claiming regulatory approval that they don’t really have and we are unable to be sure the address they provide is genuine.
This could well be a fake Canadian pharmacy which is looking to scam its customers, you will be better off looking elsewhere for your meds.
