They’re low, we’ll give them that. The pharmacy charges a relatively low rate for shipping, and larger orders qualify for free shipping. They aren’t the cheapest site on the market, but some of the cheaper sites may not be selling legitimate prescription medications. You cannot pay more for expedited shipping.

If they list a name-brand medication, know that it is only going to be a generic version of that prescription drug.

LegitScript is the first site we check when doing research on online pharmacies. LegitScript lists legitimate pharmacies as safe. It warns against unrated pharmacies, though those may simply have not paid the fees or filled out the paperwork to be vetted by the site. Unapproved pharmacies have submitted the paperwork but were not approved. This may occur because they list themselves as American but are based in Mexico, don’t meet all regulatory standards or can’t prove they meet LegitScript’s high standards.

Rogue pharmacies have received a strike against them, though this ranges from selling drugs that aren’t legitimate to simply selling way more herbal remedies or alternative treatments than LegitScript considers reasonable. LegitScript lists, if you only look at LegitScript, are a red flag because they are classified as a rogue site. Unfortunately, they could be a legit pharmacy but get the warning because they sell too many diet drugs and herbal remedies for LegitScript’s comfort.

We are able to say this because is an active member of CIPA, the Canadian International Pharmacy Association.

They sell medications for human use and pets. This site actually has an amazing assortment of prescription drugs for everything from arthritis and antivirals to lifestyle drugs. The pharmacy has a fair assortment of non-prescription drugs.

They require prescriptions for restricted medications, and they take steps to limit access to painkillers by addicts. It does not allow you to consult with a physician to get the needed prescription, but few online pharmacies do this.

The site is protected by Norton. The checkout process is protected by TrustGuard. This online pharmacy has far better IT security than average. We’ll add one star to our rating for that extra level of security at

Payment and Delivery Options

They accept major credit cards.

One of the reasons LegitScript did not like is that the site claims to be a Canadian pharmacy but ships drugs from India or Turkey. In some regards, this is reasonable since it lets them access cheaper generic drugs than those produced in the U.S. To LegitScript, this looks like a scam though it isn’t. You can get perfectly safe drugs from developing countries. However, the international shipping often leads to delays getting medication. People look at the Langley, British Columbia address and think the drugs will arrive in a couple of days when it sometimes takes weeks.

Customer Service

There are complaints about having difficult to reach customer service. There are legitimate concerns that you have to call them during their business hours to get the status of a delayed order or get your money back. They don’t send emails out with tracking information for your order. They skip the basic standard practices of sending a confirmation email that they’ve received your order and shipped it out. And if you call them for the status of an order, you may wait up to an hour to talk to someone about the issue.

How slow are they? Expect order processing to take several days, and shipping could be anywhere from one to three weeks no matter where you live. They have had a good track record of refunds for dissatisfied customers. Reviews

There are customer reviews that bring up poor customer service in conjunction with slow deliveries. For example, you may have to wait a couple of days to get a response from customer service when your order has not arrived in one to two weeks. The irony here is that medication truly on a slow ship from China, India or Turkey may not have a change in its shipping status for days, so the company cannot tell you where it is until the shipment reaches port.

We give four stars. Their essentially paper-based, manual processing creates delays for customers and limits access to information in a world where people expect to be able to know the status immediately. We rate it 4 out of 5 stars.

There are also quite many online pharmacies on the net that have proved themselves to be excellent ones. We keep an eye on them as well. They get into our reviews from time to time, and you can see them on the pages of our site.

We have placed the best online pharmacies into a separate list on the Pharmacy Ratings page. Ratings of online pharmacies that have successfully passed verification and check by our team: Link>>>
