MedixRefill.com is a pharmacy that offers savings of up to 90% on prescription drugs. They also say that they offer easy returns on medical orders and the best prices. But there are some gaps in the information they provide when we check, leading to suspicions that this pharmacy isn’t all that they claim to be.

Domain Name Information
This drugstore hasn’t been online for very long. The website address was registered late in 2020, a fact that increases risks with this pharmacy and makes them less likely to be legit.
There also isn’t any information in the database about who owns the pharmacy. Instead, a privacy service from their Chinese registrar is keeping these details confidential. This isn’t a particularly reassuring thing to discover and could increase the chances that this pharmacy is a scam.
Business Contact Details
The pharmacy does give an address in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. However, when we check this address, it is clearly a residential home and not the business premises we might have been expecting.
This discovery can only increase the risks with this pharmacy, and if nothing else, makes them look unprofessional.
The drugstore doesn’t display any regulatory seals. This means that there is no guarantee that they are operating in a way that is reliable for their customers.
When we look at what LegitScript thinks of this drugstore, they are unapproved. While this isn’t the best thing to find, it isn’t the worst either and could still mean that the pharmacy is legit.
The store seems to be mostly selling generic medications, though, despite that, their prices aren’t exactly low. Available treatment categories include:
- High cholesterol
- Acid reflux
- Birth control
- Crohn’s disease
- Men’s health
The pharmacy does not state where these medicines are dispensed from, and it cannot be from the address they give on their website. They say that the pills are shipped from the UK or the EU, something that doesn’t tally up with their address in Canada.
The lack of information about where these medicines are coming from means that there is a greater chance that the pills they sell are not high-quality. With a lack of sourcing information, there is no way to be sure that the meds are reliable.
You are required to upload a valid prescription before they will fill your order. This is good and ensures that customers are not receiving medications unsuitable for them.
There seems to be some confusion about where this pharmacy is located. As we have previously shown, they give an address in Canada and even call themselves a Canadian pharmacy, but they say that all of their pills are shipped from either the UK or EU pharmacies.
Obviously, the pharmacy cannot both be Canadian and in Europe at the same time. Perhaps they are calling themselves Canadian to attract customers from the United States who have probably heard that pills are cheaper in Canada.
But whatever the reason for this discrepancy, it increases the chances that this pharmacy is really a scam.
Payment and Shipping
The pharmacy website is secure, and they offer payment through:
- American Express
The store says free delivery is available when you spend more than $500 and use a code. They don’t, however, reveal how much shipping is but do state a delivery time of 5 to 7 days.
It would be good to read some customer feedback for this pharmacy. However, things are lacking when it comes to MedixRefill.com reviews. They do not have a testimonials page on their website, and we are not able to find any feedback anywhere else.
This is not altogether surprising given that this pharmacy is relatively new. Though without any customer feedback, it is difficult to assess how this store will perform when put to the test.
There are far too many gaps in the information provided by this pharmacy for them to be recommended by us. They don’t have any regulatory approval, are using a business address that is a residential home, and we aren’t even sure if they are actually a Canadian pharmacy, as they claim.
All of these problems lead us to give them just 2 stars. If you are looking to buy medicine online, there are better choices.
