Domain Name Information
The domain name record shows that this store’s address was registered in 2014 with less than a year remaining before renewal is required.
A privacy service has been used to keep the real name and contact information of the owner out of the record. This is something which is normally found with untrustworthy sites.
Business Contact Details
The only mention of a business name on this pharmacy is to be found in the footer section. The business name Canadian Pharmacy Ltd. is used, and it is a name that we are very familiar with. This isn’t because this business is a reliable operator of online pharmacies, it is because this name is used on a large number of scam drugstores.
Though the name may sound like a reputable business name, it is believed that this name is fake, used to create the illusion of legitimacy. We are unable to find this business name confirmed in official databases.
Trust Pharmacy Scam
Not only are we very familiar with the business name associated with this store, but the whole site has been seen by us many times before. There are many duplicate sites which are selling the same drugs, with the same graphics and text, the only difference being that they are using a different domain name.
This is the reason for the ‘TrustPharmacy’ logo, which is completely different to the website address used for this pharmacy.
The other thing that these duplicate drugstores have in common is that they are a scam. They are also likely to be selling low-quality, fake and counterfeit medication. They link to the same payment gateway sites which take your financial details.
These are just a few of the duplicate stores which exist:
This store makes the claim that they are registered with CIPA and MIPA which are Canadian pharmacy regulatory associations showing seals from those organizations. You cannot click on these seals to confirm they are genuine as you should be able to. These seals are also found on the other mirror sites and have been found to be fraudulently used there.
When we check with CIPA we find that they are not members of the association and shouldn’t be using the seals on their store.
A check with LegitScript confirms what we had already assumed. They consider the store to be a rogue online pharmacy which is operating outside of the law.
They claim to offer high-quality generic and brand name pills. These people also say that you can distinguish the brand name and generic pills with the use of the word ‘Brand’ in the name. They have to say this because they are in the habit of using brand names to sell generic pills.
They also use photos of pills and packaging from the brands to sell generic drugs. This is not only a rather confusing way to operate, but it is also very unprofessional and suggests the likelihood of counterfeit drugs being sold to be very high.
They also state that the generic pills are manufactured to the high standards of the FDA, but fail to mention in which country they are produced or dispatched from. They don’t provide any supporting evidence of this FDA claim and their lack of transparency is a great concern.
Payment and Shipping
When you try to complete the checkout on this store you find that you get redirected to a different site. This is good is only because this new site has a valid SSL security certificate which was lacking on the main store. They will take payment from either Mastercard or Visa forms of credit card.
Your shipping options are:
EMS includes a tracking ID and costs $19.95 with delivery expected in 3 to 8 business days. Airmail is the slower option with delivery in 2 or 3 weeks and at the cost of $9.95. A fee for shipping insurance is added when you go through the checkout, this will cost you $4.95 extra.
There is a testimony page on the store for Globalmedline.com reviews. The reviews found here seem very generic and don’t mention the pharmacy by name.
The reason for this is because these customer testimonies are fake and can also be found on the other mirror sites.
There are many things wrong with this online pharmacy. They are part of an organized deception, using a fake business name, fraudulent use of regulatory seals and it is a duplicate site.
You shouldn’t shop at this drugstore, we award 1 star out of five.
POSSIBLE ALTERNATIVESThere are also quite many online pharmacies on the net that have proved themselves to be excellent ones. We keep an eye on them as well. They get into our reviews from time to time, and you can see them on the pages of our site.
