Domain Name Information
When someone wants to start a website they have to do get a domain name, and details of this registration are available. We can see that the domain name for this pharmacy has been registered since 2010. And this suggests that they are more likely legit, purely because they have been in business for longer.
There is also some information in the database about who owns this domain. This tells us that the organization that registered this domain is called Geniusrx, which is what we would expect. They also have an address in Boca Raton, Florida.
Business Contact Details
Checking for business details on the website shows the same information that was found in the domain name database. This is a good sign and makes the pharmacy appear to be more legit.
However, when we check this address, we find a different pharmacy name at that location. Instead of GeniusRx, we see signs for MailMyPrescriptions.com, and on checking this, it turns out that the two names are the same company. It appears that Mail My Prescriptions changed his name to GeniusRx in the past couple of years.
But either way, we can see that this is a real business location where the pharmacy operates from. This makes them more likely to be a safe pharmacy that you can rely on.
Regulatory Approval
As this pharmacy is based in the USA, they have to follow the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy rules. The pharmacy does have a seal from the NABP on their homepage.
However, checking doesn’t find any results when we look for GeniusRx. It turns out the pharmacy is still using their Mail My Prescriptions business name when they are registered with the NABP. Though this isn’t completely ideal they are correctly registered showing they are safe.
They also have a seal for LegitScript, and this shows that they are certified.
Treatments Provided
The pharmacy is offering prescription medications at what they say are cheaper prices, often through the sale of generic drugs. You can choose medicines on their website or by using their app.
They have a few main categories of treatment options though they do offer the normal range of medicines you would find in a brick and mortar pharmacy. Main options include:
- Mental health
- Women’s health
- Men’s health
The medications are dispensed in the USA, so they should be safe and more reliable. The prices, however, are a long way from the cheapest we see online.
Prescription Requirements
You will need to provide a valid prescription when you order medication from this drugstore. You can allow the store to contact your doctor or give your doctor the information to pass on your prescription to the pharmacy. This can be done through ePrescribe or simply by fax.
Payment and Shipping
The pharmacy site is secure, and they accept all major credit and debit cards when you pay. However, the website does not accept health insurance or Medicaid and Medicare.
Shipping from this pharmacy is free with their standard service, and deliveries are expected in between 2 and 5 business days. If you need your meds faster than that, they have a priority mail service costing $4.99 and taking between 1 and 3 days to arrive.
The pharmacy only ships their meds within the USA but not quite to every state. Currently, they do not ship the medications to Alabama, though they claim to be obtaining a license for that state.
GeniusRx.com Reviews
Some GeniusRx.com reviews can be found on independent websites, though feedback is mixed. On the Consumer Affairs website, the pharmacy has 30 customer comments with an overall rating of 3.4 out of 5.
These comments appear to be from genuine customers, but some people report problems with customer service and shipping delays.
Conclusion
Checking how this pharmacy operates shows that they are likely to be a safe place to purchase your medications from. Though, while they are legit, they aren’t the cheapest place you can purchase your medications from.
We give the pharmacy 4 stars, better value drugstores are available online.

POSSIBLE ALTERNATIVES
There are also quite many online pharmacies on the net that have proved themselves to be excellent ones. We keep an eye on them as well. They get into our reviews from time to time, and you can see them on the pages of our site.We have placed the best online pharmacies into a separate list on the Pharmacy Ratings page. RUN!! And I mean FAST. Terrible company with no ethics or morals. Supervisors and upper management don’t seem to care because they’re getting paid more. Genuine people do not work here and that’s why I left. They cancel patient orders without informing them, shipping time is slow, upper management has favorites and would not assist when there’s a problem. They never wanted to hear negative feedback which is a lot. It may seem like a cheaper alternative but in the long run is not worth it. You’ll be dealing with people that do not give a damn about you or why you’re on medication. Oh I hate it my experience there and I would not recommend it to ANYONE!! Please RUN..
Thank you for your comment!
Not using this pharmacy anymore. Extremely poor customer service. My meds were delayed because they said I didn’t have any refills, when there was a refill on the bottle from Them!
I sent the refill request approx. 8 days ahead, but, had to go to urgent care for a script when I didn’t have any BP meds left. Not helpful at all.
It seems that customer service is their weak point. They should pay attention to it, otherwise, they will lose all their customers. We are sorry that you had to face this situation.
