Domain Name Information
The domain name database provides us with the details of this domain address registration and shows it happened in 2015. While this store has been around for longer than many scam pharmacies, this still isn’t a great indication of a reliable pharmacy, however.
The contact details for the owner of this store are not shown in the records and the only indication of where they are located comes from where the registrar is based. The owner of the pharmacy has used a Pakistani based registrar and this point to that being their location.
Who Operates this Pharmacy?
A business name and address is provided on the store’s contact page. This is good. They also show a certificate of incorporation for the business.
The business name is Samex Media Ltd and their address is in Seychelles. When looking into this information a few problems arise.
The address they give of 103 Sham Peng Tong Plaza, is also the address of an offshore companies formation business. This business, Apollo International, provides all the services anyone would need to create and run an offshore business almost completely hands-free.
The use of this formations business means that we don’t know who really runs this pharmacy or where they are based in the world. They aren’t based in the Seychelles that is for certain, it appears that they are actually located in Pakistan if the domain registrar is any indication.
Another issue is the date of the incorporation of this business. The business was formed in 2010 but their website was only created in 2015. This could point to this not being their first online pharmacy site, perhaps their previous store was closed down by authorities, though we can’t be certain.
Regulatory Approvals
This store doesn’t provide any indication that they have regulatory approval to sell medication online. There aren’t any seals or mentions of them operating within a regulatory structure. They say that the pills are safe but then you wouldn’t expect them to say otherwise.
Looking to LegitScript we can see that they have reviewed the site only to give them their lowest rating of ‘rogue’. This means that they believe the store is operating outside of the applicable laws for the parts of the world they sell to.
Medications on Sale
This store is mostly selling generic drugs. They offer a reasonable range of products including antibiotics, cholesterol treatments, herbal pills and men’s health drugs.
They say that most of their products are manufactured and dispatched from India, but they also dispatch from the UK, Canada, Lithuania and Singapore. The pharmacy doesn’t provide any information about the pharmacies involved in the dispensing of their products which is a concern.
Payment and Shipping
The pages of this site are secured by a valid SSL certificate as you would expect from any reliable online retailer. They accept payment via Visa or e-check only.
Shipping costs $14.95 for express mail delivery. They claim a delivery is normally between 10 and 20 business days and you will get a tracking number emailed to you.
Dx-Health.com Reviews
This store claims to have a 94% satisfaction approval rating from their over 100,000 customers. However, when we look for Dx-Health.com reviews online we can only find a Trustpilot page with very few testimonials.
So few testimonials are on that page that we are able to post all of them here. Yes, they only have two customer testimonials. This is a surprisingly low number given their claim of 100,000 customers, it seems clear that this was a lie.
One of the comments says that they have been a customer of the store for 8 years, this despite the domain name being registered only 4 years ago. This appears to be a fake review.
Conclusion
There are far too many issues with this drugstore for it to get a recommendation from us. They are hiding behind an offshore formations company and we are unable to find out who really owns this business or where they are based.
They don’t have any regulation and don’t provide enough information about where the drugs are dispensed from. We give this online pharmacy just 1 star out of 5.
