Domain Name Information
This domain has been used for only just over a year. This isn’t very long and points to a greater risk of this pharmacy being a scam which could put customers in danger.
There is some information about the ownership of this pharmacy in the records. It reveals that the owner is “Sergey and Co” who are based in Kazakhstan.
This is the extent of the information found in the records and is strange given the domain name has “USA” in it. You could be forgiven if you had assumed that this was a US business because of this.
Business Contact Details
There isn’t an address for this business from either Kazakhstan or the USA. In fact, no information about who operates this pharmacy is provided on the pages of the store. This is a common issue with scam drugstores and doesn’t fill us with confidence about the business.
Regulatory Approvals
This store, as we’ve previously shown, seems to be a Kazakhstan based business, but oddly they display regulatory seals from Canada. There are seals from CIPA and MIPA, both well-known Canadian regulatory associations.
The use of these seals is fraudulent, however. You should be able to click on them to confirm that they are genuine, with these you can’t do that. When checking with CIPA, we can see that they aren’t members.
Further checks with LegitScript show that they don’t have anything good to say about the store either. They give them their lowest classification calling them a rogue pharmacy.
Medication on Offer
The store seems to have a lot of focus on the men’s health market, though they also offer treatments for other ailments including:
- Allergies
- Anxiety
- Depression
- Hair loss
- Pain relief
They boast that all their drugs are FDA approved though it provides no information to allow us to check this. They don’t say where the drugs are either manufactured or dispensed from. Are they dispensed from Kazakhstan? We simply don’t know.
This dramatically increases the chances of the drugs being sold by this store being low-quality and counterfeit meds. The risks from such products could be extremely grave for anyone unfortunate enough to have to rely on them. There is a large worldwide problem with fake meds being sold online and this store seems to be selling them.
Payment and Shipping
When completing the transaction you are sent to a different website to input your financial information and address details. Here they add some extra charges for delivery insurance and discreet packaging, two things which should already be part of the service this pharmacy provides. You can opt-out of these charges, though they don’t make it particularly easy.
They only accept one form of payment, Mastercard, which could be inconvenient for many people.
Shipping comes down to a choice from Airmail or EMS. The airmail option will take 2 or 3 weeks and cost just under $10. EMS or express mail service has tracking and costs $19.95, with a delivery time of 3 to 8 days. This time doesn’t include weekends or public holidays.
DocRxUSA.com Reviews
There is a page for DocRxUSA.com reviews which contains a good amount of great feedback. It is very clear to us, however, that these are fake testimonials. We have seen them on many other scam pharmacy sites, used to fool people into thinking that they are dealing with a reputable drugstore. Nothing is further from the truth!
Some of the customer details like “St Patricks, Irish France”, stand out as information seen on countless other testimonial pages and are totally fake.
Conclusion
This is clearly a 1-star scam pharmacy which should be avoided if you want to protect your health. They are claiming fake regulatory approval while to pretending to be either in Canada or the US. The truth seems to be that this is a business in Kazakhstan with pills dispensed from an unknown location.
The risks involved with using this pharmacy are too large to ignore, don’t make the mistake of placing an order with them.
