DirectMedAustralia.com is a pharmacy site that claims to care for their customers offering a quality service. They say that their services are trusted by hundreds and they offer low prices on their meds. We look into what they have to offer and find that they don’t care about their customers as much as they claim.

Domain Name Information
The details found in the domain name records for this website shows to us that they have only been operating since 2015. This isn’t a great amount of time for a business to have been operating and could indicate that they are more likely to be a scam drugstore.
The records don’t give details of the business which has registered the domain name either. Instead, they have used a privacy service to hide this information out of the records, this is another thing often found with unreliable scams.
Business Contact Details
This pharmacy uses the location “Australia” in their name they do offer a physical address on the site. We have been unable to confirm that this is a genuine address, however, and it could be a mailbox. This could mean that Direct Med Australia could actually be based in another country entirely.
This site doesn’t have any regulatory seals on the site. In the small print, they say that they aren’t required to follow the Australian Poisons and Therapeutic Goods Act of 1966 because they do not supply pills from within the country.
The store specializes in selling men’s health drugs to Australians. They sell the normally cheaper generic versions from the pharmacy.
They do say which country the pills are dispensed from, but it isn’t Australia as you may have expected. The pills are dispatched from somewhere in India, though they don’t say where. This means that we are unable to check that this is done by a company which is following the rules and has properly qualified pharmacists dispensing meds.
This could also mean that the pills being sold aren’t the high-quality drugs you would want to receive. There is a much greater risk of fake or counterfeit drugs being sold through this pharmacy since the pills are coming from an unknown Indian business. They could be perfectly fine, but there is no way to be sure given the lack of information given on the site.
They say that you should have a prescription but they don’t check this or ask you to upload a copy to their site. This isn’t how a reliable pharmacy would normally act and suggests issues with the store. Though customers in Australia are allowed to import 3 months supply of some medications, it does show that this pharmacy isn’t concerned about supplying pills to people even if they could do harm to that person.
Payment and Shipping
Prices on the site are in Australian dollars and the site is secure. Payment can be made by either bank transfer online or at any ANZ Bank.
This pharmacy does only ship pills within Australia despite the pills being dispatched from India. Shipping is either Standard or Registered. Standard delivery will cost $9.95 and can take up to 21 days to arrive. Registered delivery costs $14.95 with a shipping time of between 12 and 21 days. Free Standard delivery is provided on orders over the value of $150.
The site does show a small number of DirectMedAustralia.com reviews from happy customers. These testimonials give the impression that they are from real customers of the store that seem content with the service they have received.
Customer feedback, which is hosted on the store’s pages, isn’t the most unbiased or reliable place to find customer testimony. As you might imagine, they aren’t going to post anything to their site which is negative of the store so independent review sites are normally better.
Unfortunately, we are unable to find feedback for this store anywhere else.
While this pharmacy does supply a limited amount of information to their customers about where the pills are dispensed from, this is far from ideal. There is a significant risk of low-quality pills being offered by this pharmacy. They don’t operate within a regulatory framework and we don’t know who is running this drugstore.
Even if you are in Australia, you would be better off using a different pharmacy. We give a final rating of 2 stars out of 5.
POSSIBLE ALTERNATIVESThere are also quite many online pharmacies on the net that have proved themselves to be excellent ones. We keep an eye on them as well. They get into our reviews from time to time, and you can see them on the pages of our site.
We have placed the best online pharmacies into a separate list on the Pharmacy Ratings page. Ratings of online pharmacies that have successfully passed verification and check by our team: Link>>>

This company is a scam. Have reported them.
Have you reported the website to google?
Frauds, bank details say ANZ. One would think it is reputable. Absolute frauds buyer beware. They don’t deliver. ANZ should be made accountable as well.
Thanks for sharing your experience! There is no doubt about the dishonesty of this pharmacy.
