Domain Name Information
Looking into the background of the registration of this domain name shows that they have been in business since last year. This isn’t long for a pharmacy to have been in business and could indicate that they are more likely to be a scam operation.
Another thing which doesn’t increase the chances that this store is legit is the detail that they are using a domain privacy service to hide their contact information. This is something which we frequently with less reliable pharmacies and could show an issue to be concerned about.
Business Contact Details
When we look on this pharmacy’s website we can’t find details of where the business is based or even what the name of the business is. This is common to scam pharmacies but there are some clues as to where the pharmacy is based.
They are using a US phone number for their customer support and give details of their hours of operation. They provide the work hours with the timezone code IST, this likely stands for Indian Standard Time and reveals their real location.
The pharmacy doesn’t show any regulatory seals on their site to give you confidence in their service. What they do show, however, is a series of security logos.
These shouldn’t give you confidence in the pharmacy since they don’t seem to be genuine and some of them don’t relate to anything which should protect customers. Two of the logos are for services which protect the content of websites from being copied and uploaded to other sites, for example.
Clicking on the links also doesn’t prove that they are even using these services or that they have the security some of them seem to give. This is an indication that this pharmacy is happy to misrepresent things to their customers.
They also claim to be certified by the authority of a number of countries including; the USA, the UK, Japan, Australia, France and more. A check with the UK authority known as the MHRA shows this not to really be true and they aren’t found in the database.
Looking at the findings of a review by LegitScript shows that they give this pharmacy the classification of a rogue. This means that the pharmacy doesn’t have the legal foundation to sell pills in some of the places that they are currently.
They are selling a good range of products on the pharmacy and they do give the name of the manufacturer involved. Treatment options available on the site include meds for the following:
- Blood clot
- Men’s health
They don’t provide any information about where the drugs are actually dispensed from, however. This could indicate that they might not be the high-quality drugs you would hope to receive and it could even mean that their products are actually fake.
Fake and counterfeit pills present a big risk to people’s health, both under treating conditions and including ingredients which are wrong for the patient. We also have no way to check that the pharmacy is dispensing their products safely since we don’t know who this is done by.
Payment and Shipping
The pages of the checkout have some basic security in place and you are able to pay using the following:
- Credit or debit card
- Bank transfer
Shipping is free on orders above $199, otherwise, it will cost you around $25 though this could be different dependent on your location.
The pharmacy is using Trustpilot to collect ArrowMeds.com reviews for them. This features mostly good testimonials from customers.
However, we can’t be certain that all of the comments are from genuine customers. Some of the feedback appears to be too good and this can sometimes indicate fake testimonials. Some certainly are genuine though and a few issues are reported by customers.
There are some problems with this pharmacy which shouldn’t be ignored. They aren’t forthcoming about who they are or where the pills are dispensed from and there is a risk with the drugs they sell.
They do seem to have at least some good feedback, however, so we award them 2 stars.
