Unfortunately, this isn’t the only issue we find with this drugstore, if you are thinking of ordering from them you need to read this first.

Domain Name Information

The domain registration details for this pharmacy show that the site has only been around since 2017. We have found that newer sites are more likely to be scams than stores with a long history.

registered in 2017

This domain was registered using a Russian registrar, and a privacy service has been used to keep the real information about the ownership out of the record. The use of a domain privacy service and the connection to a high-risk country like Russia are often indications of a scam.

This business name has been found to be associated with some other highly dubious online drugstores. These other sites are also lacking the regulation they should have to keep customers safe when ordering medication online.

Business Information

Allpay Ltd.There are a business name and address provided on the contact page of this site. Now, you might imagine that this pharmacy is operated from Europe based on the domain name they are using and their store tag line. You would, however, be incorrect in that assumption, they are apparently based in Mauritius.

The address they give, on the island in the Indian ocean, appears to be incorrect. The site says they are operating from Grand Bay in Port Luis. However, when we check this address we find that Grand Bay isn’t in Port Luis, so this address appears to be fake.

When we check the company name, we find another problem. We are unable to find a direct match for ‘Allpay Ltd’, the only return is for a business called ‘Allpay Solutions Ltd’. Now, this may be the same company, but if it is, why display their name incorrectly on their own site?

ingenuine business name

Is this business name really genuine and are they actually in Mauritius? The answer to both is probably no.

The use of a Russian registrar would normally suggest that the owner is in Russia, why use a Russian business otherwise? Russia is a high-risk country due to the amount of online fraud which originates from there, so this isn’t a great sign.

Medication on Sale

This store provides customers with a fairly limited range of products. Medication sold includes:

  • weight loss pills
  • anti-depressants
  • pain medication
  • herbal treatments
  • men’s health drugs

The pills are manufactured in India, though they say they are dispatched from the UK and other unnamed European countries.

Regulatory Approval

click to verifyEU online pharmacies are required to follow the European legislation in order to operate their business within the law. This requires that the pharmacy display the common distance selling logo with a country flag for which part of Europe they are operating from.

This important logo is nowhere to be found on the site and this means that they are operating illegally.

There is also the requirement that they are registered with a Government agency which oversees the selling of medication. When we check the MHRA database we find, rather unsurprisingly, that they aren’t registered.

not found in the base

When we check with LegitScript we find that they are considered to be a rogue pharmacy site. This conclusion has been reached due to the lack of legal approval for their operation in the countries they sell medication to.

Payment and Shipping

They accept payment by:

  • Credit card
  • Bank transfer
  • Western Union

The store isn’t secured with a valid SSL certificate so entering your financial or personal information on this site could lead to you being the victim of fraud.

Shipping is via airmail or courier. The courier option costs $70 with delivery in 4 to 5 working days. Airmail costs $39 but if you order more than 100 pills you will be charged double this amount. The delivery time for airmail is 8 to 12 working days. Also, they don’t ship drugs to the US, likely because of customs blocking parcels.

EU-Pharmacy-Online.net Reviews

The views of previous customers can be very enlightening when you are looking to spend money online. There is a Trustpilot page for EU-Pharmacy-Online.net reviews which has been claimed by the store. There are only 4 customer testimonials there, however.

1 star

The most recent review is from a customer who is very unhappy that they haven’t received what they ordered and their complaints haven’t been answered. The three other testimonials are very positive, on the other hand. However, these other customer reviews are clustered together in a period towards the end of 2017, and this may suggest that they aren’t genuine.

Conclusion

This store bears many of the indications of a scam pharmacy. With the lack of regulation, doubts over their business location and dubious customer testimonies, you would be better off ignoring this drugstore. We give them just 1 star out of five.
