Domain Name Information
This pharmacy is using a type of domain name rarely seen, the .md top-level domain. This is the country domain for Moldova but can be registered by anyone even if they aren’t in that country and it is sometimes used by medical doctors.
The records for this type of domain give us less information than most other more commonly used domains. We can see that this address has been registered since 2012 with less than a year left to run before renewal.
There is no information in the record about the person or business which registered the domain.
Business Contact Details
There isn’t a business name or address on the site. They say that they are located in “Oceana” which seems to be a spelling mistake and they actually mean Oceania, the region in the Pacific which contains thousands of islands.
However, this claim is contradicted in the news section of the site. Here they say that shipping will be delayed because of a Chinese national holiday, and China isn’t in Oceania.
China is world-renown for a number of things, copying and counterfeiting being one of them. If you imagine that they wouldn’t manufacture counterfeit and fake medication you would be sadly mistaken.

We have discovered another pharmacy which appears to be owned by the same people who run this store. The pharmacy which is called 4nrx.md bears many similarities to this site and not only the unusual type of domain name they use.
They also operate using the domain UnitedPharmacies-UK.md, though this site is almost exactly the same as this drugstore. The only difference is the use of the UK flag on the site.
Regulatory Approvals
There is no evidence to be found anywhere on the store to show that they comply with any regulations and laws in the selling of medication online.
Checking with LegitScript has shown that they don’t have the required regulatory approval. This means that they are selling drugs to people in countries where this pharmacy doesn’t follow the rules.

They offer a wide array of medical supplies on the site. These include drugs for:

- Men’s health
They offer brand name pills, however, since we know that they are dispatched from China these are counterfeit. While you may have purchased counterfeit clothing or bags in past, counterfeit drugs are a more serious issue.
The counterfeit pills that you buy may not contain the correct ingredients in the right amounts. This can leave you taking pills which aren’t doing what you need them to, and it may be some time before you realize the problem. In this time your condition could have become a lot worse, requiring more serious intervention by health services.
This is presuming that the pills don’t contain poisonous ingredients or things you may be allergic to. The point is if you purchase counterfeit pills you have no way of knowing what you are really taking.

There is a page full of good UnitedPharmacies.md reviews from happy customers. These testimonials give the appearance of genuine comments, but since they are also found on the other related pharmacy site they could be fake.
It is not normally ideal to rely on testimonials on the pharmacy’s site since they are only going to post the most positive feedback and not anything negative. We have been able to find some feedback for the almost identical UnitedPharmacies-UK.md on Trustpilot. This appears to be owned by the same business so it is likely to give a fair representation of the service provided.
The page features some of the worst feedback you can find for an online pharmacy. With allegations of fraud, fake pills and getting people addicted to controlled substances.
Conclusion
Run in the opposite direction when it comes to this pharmacy. They are operating from China and selling fake drugs, 1 star seems too generous. This store is a scam, don’t waste your time and put your health at risk with them.

I live in Spain and have arthritis and I’ve been taking salazopyrin for 45 years but Pfizer have sold all their stock manufactured in Spain to other countries who pay more so now I’m left without.

Could you clarify your question? On the internet, it is possible to sell any fake product including pills.
I’m looking at unitedpharmacies.md and you show one review that a family member was hooked on one of their medications, Ativan, and I’ve looked everywhere on that website and see no where they offer Ativan, brand or generic, anywhere on their site. Not even their site map. I also checked a mirror site called unitedpharmacies-uk.md and again, find no where they sell Ativan, (Lorazepam), on that site. While they may be a “rogue” site, do you need to claim they’re offering medications that they’re not really selling?

I have purchased Ivermectin from them, from the UK site 2 months back thinking was genuine, haven’t used yet though. Can they distort left reviews on Trustpilot, don’t think so, this is a reputable review site and the most trustworthy one for the UK companies. I was told by their UK branch they are based in Bulgaria but shipping from Hong Kong, however, produced in factory in India, Terrance Pharmaceuticals. This factory keeps the licence and makes the same product by a look but maybe that’s the hook here! Left me thinking, it is a genuine pills! Will try to call the India manufacturer if they sell & contract to UnitedPharmacy online. No reply to my email tough, suspecious. United Phar told me certificate must keeps the Manufacturer NOT the seller, they re only distributors when asked one. But had a feeling they still need to be registred and regulated nevertheless, i still ordered, my fault! You are absolutely right the pharmacy info is necessary to check before buying. This one is very suspicious. Trustpilot can contain fake reviews as well. We have seen it many times. Hope you will find a better pharmacy to buy your medicine.

I think there is a clone site running just offering wire transfer I suspect they are a scam site

I have been using them for 3 years, had no problem with my diabetes meds, they work all the time. I know it because I can track my glucose with CGM. Their antibiotics and other meds are also effective.

I was looking for diabetes meds because they are too expensive without insurance, I searched online for international pharmacies, most of them had too expensive shipping options, then somehow I ended up with 4nrx.md(United pharmacies based in Hong Kong) , They have free shipping over $50. I mostly order generic manufactured in India so they are cheap and work flawlessly.
I also regularly order Minidiab, Augmentin which are manufactured in New Zealand.

I used 2 reagents to test some modafinil and the colours that it showed were in line with what it should have been.
